Making a package with these record dimensions has been a challenge for Emablex professionals, but our experience in the sector and the importance we attach to adapting to the needs of our customers led us to create a package with unusual dimensions.
The creation of this packaging was done in the facilities of Gesica , of the Embalex group, specialized in cargo and cargo lashing, located in the Zal Port of Barcelona.
The machinery has record dimensions, with a size of 19.5 meters long, a height of 5 meters and a weight of 91 tons. Therefore, the facilities of the Gesica logistics platform were ideal for this project, thanks to its infrastructure and its two overhead cranes with the power to lift up to 70 tons, allowing our company the ease of handling, loading and lashing large-volume goods. that suits the needs of our customers.
In this case, we have also manufactured seven complementary boxes to transport complementary auxiliary material of 19 tons to accompany the aforementioned autoclave . These boxes have been manufactured with sizes ranging between 2 and 7.5 meters.
